The Park Shore Fund

Introducing “The Park Shore Fund” – A charitable fund of the Community Foundation of Collier County dedicated to enhancing the Park Shore neighborhood of the City of Naples, Florida.

The following information is from the direct mail campaign launched in March 2015:

“We live in a spectacular neighborhood and want it to be even better.  So, to enhance the physical beauty, a group of interested residents has estrablished The Park Shore Fund.  As a fund within the Community Foundation, all contributions to The Park Shore Fund are fully tax-deductible to the extent provided by law.”

“It’s Already Working – “To build on previous success like 159 new mahogany trees along Crayton Road, and new “Welcome to Park Shore Signs” and decorative street/stop signs, The Park Shore Fund was founded.”

“The neighborhood entrance at Park Shore Drive has already been enhanced by The Park Shore Fund”

“Why should you donate today? – Because you care about your neighborhood and want it to be beautiful, and …

Because of the Matching Grant Challenge!  Your money will be worth twice as much!”

“Scott Lutgert understands the value of this “private-public partnership” and is offering a matching grant challenge, if the Fund raises $30,000 he will match it with an additional $30,000.”

Park Shore is a unique planned community carefully develeoped by my family.  The beautification efforts planned will enhance the value of all properties in the community.”  Scott Lutgert

“The Park Shore Fund is all of us working together to make neighborhood improvements.  Together we can create the aesthetic enhancements that build our neighborhood’s character, improve property values and enhance the quality of life.”
